Rubrics

Page history last edited by Mrs. Train 10 years, 6 months ago

Rubrics are scoring guidelines and they provide teachers with a way to standardize their marking system.  Teachers define a uniform set of criteria that are measurable. Many teachers give out a rubric with the assignment so that a student can use it when completing their work.

There are many rubric generators on the web. Many teachers have also contributed their own rubrics to databases set up for educators.

Rubistar - both a generator and database. You can share your work or keep it private.
